i found the direct beach access very convenient. a wide range of cocktails was available at the bar , and i liked the mojito. the breakfast buffet had fresh fruit and pastries daily.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the room.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

The breakfast buffet offered a good range of foods. Fresh orange juice was a real treat. We arrived late and found sandwiches, fruit, and a wine bottle were prepared. Bottled water was free daily. The sea and coast views are excellent. I liked the cooked to order omelettes.
The hotel decor felt a little dated to me. It seemed they refurbished the existing look. Modern updates would benefit this space.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was greeted with a wine glass when I arrived and my luggage was taken to my room. Fresh towels were provided every day, and the room was always stocked with water and coffee.

The easy access to the calm sandy beach was amazing. The pool attendant was very helpful . The main highlight for me was the great staff , they were really good.
I did find the room decor felt a bit dated. The hotel has a slightly tired feeling throughout , which is a shame.

the location provided wonderful views of the sea and coastline. a bottle of wine and fruit were provided in the room upon arrival. a complimentary bottle of water was supplied daily. the bed was comfortable and ensured restful nights.
some staff members at breakfast looked unhappy and were not smiling which affected the overall atmosphere.

The staff were amazing upon arrival. They offered a refreshing drink. our dinner at psari had a set menu that elevated our taste buds. the bed was super xl and extra comfy. i saw fruit and wine in my room. That was a treat.
The main indoor pool had a temperature around 40 degrees, and i removed around 200 loose tiles from the swimming pool. this needs attention and fixing. I hope the hotel addresses it soon.

the hotel is next to coral bay's beautiful beaches. bus access is great; this is useful for airport transfers and exploring the island. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
